Project Clarity before detailed pricing.

A scope-controlled planning session for substantial projects that fit Ideal, designed to identify the decisions, dependencies and unknowns that should be addressed before a construction proposal.

Why it is paid

Useful planning requires real project work.

Complex residential projects cannot be responsibly priced from a short walkthrough and a broad wish list. The Clarity Session gives the early work a defined scope, deliverables and boundary so Christian can provide useful direction without pretending the unknowns are already resolved.

Possible core deliverables

  • Site walkthrough and visible-condition review
  • Goals, priorities and project constraints
  • Preliminary scope map
  • Likely design and engineering dependencies
  • Permit and jurisdiction considerations
  • Options and decisions to be resolved
  • Initial register of risks and unknowns
  • Recommended next phase

Service-specific versions

Whole-Home Renovation Roadmap

Connect the desired layout, existing structure, systems, design and engineering dependencies, permit considerations, phasing and construction sequence.

Basement Transformation Review

Assess visible lower-level conditions, headroom, access, egress, moisture, likely structure and systems dependencies, and living-space versus attached-ADU direction.

ADUs & DADUs Feasibility Path

Review available property records, visible site and access conditions, jurisdiction, likely utility questions, configuration options and the next investigations required.

What it does not include

Clear boundaries protect the next decision.

It is not a structural engineering opinion, survey, title or legal opinion, environmental assessment or destructive investigation.

It does not guarantee permit approval, utility capacity, entitlement, schedule, rental income, property value or a final construction price.

Additional design, engineering, investigation, agency confirmation or specialty consultation may be required before detailed scope and pricing can be completed.

Fee and credit policy

Confirmed in a written proposal.

The fee, exact deliverables, schedule and whether any portion is credited toward later preconstruction or construction work will be defined for the specific service before the session begins. No public price is being promised at this stage.

Start with a conversation

First, confirm the project fit.

Share what is not working and what you want your home to feel like. Christian will help identify the next step.
