The story
Built on care, not shortcuts.
Owner Christian Hannesschlaeger grew up in Austria, where building is approached with exacting standards and close attention to detail. That foundation still shapes how he evaluates structure, selects materials and finishes the work today.
But good construction is also about the experience of getting there. Ideal builds for people who live in their homes—and often live through the renovation. We listen, explain the tradeoffs in clear language and coordinate the work with respect for your time, budget and space.
Christian stays personally involved, supported by licensed architects, electricians, cabinetmakers, flooring specialists and trade partners chosen for the needs of each project.
